Damon inspected our condo during the escrow phase of the purchase. He produced a 27 page report on 540 square feet. I'm handy myself and had an idea of what to expect and sure enough he found everything I found and more. Communication was easy. Emails and payment in advance by CC over the phone and he completed the inspection on schedule and delivered the report within a few hours of the completion of the inspection. I had read the report and just finished when he called and we went over the report together and he further explained issues found and possible solutions. Our realtor Lisa Marx recommended him and now I can ditto that recommendation.

Damon took care of my home for many years while I lived in California. He has done repair work, reconstruction of water damaged siding, and installed new plumbing and electrical for me. He is a gem! I'd recommend him to anyone who wants first class service at reasonable prices.
